Media Release Form

I grant permission to Le Nadúr LLC, to use my image, my name, and testimonial and likeness be used in photographs, videotapes, digital media, motion pictures, audio recordings or any other audio visual online or interactive media.

I acknowledge that Le Nadúr LLC will own such Images/testimonials and further grant Le Nadúr LLC permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner related to Le Nadúr LLC business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site, videos, digital media, or other electronic displays and transmissions, whether that use is known to me or unknown.

I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images/testimonials by Le Nadúr LLC prior to its use. I forever release and hold Le Nadúr LLC harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images/testimonial in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images/testimonial, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity. I wave any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image/testimonial.
